You can also access and relax in the shared pool and garden. The space The studio has french doors that open to the garden and comes with a comfy queen bed (including linens), TV, reverse cycle AC, a fan, a small desk, a wardrobe, ensuite bathroom (with hairdryer and towels), an outdoor kitchen (with roof if it rains - with gas stove), a fridge, plates, pans/pots, cutlery, glasses, and a mocha to make coffee (plus coffee!). Laundry service upon request. The environment is peaceful and ideal to rest and take a break from everyday's routine. Relax in the sun near the shared swimming pool or sit in a hammock to enjoy a snooze in the shade. Guest access STRATEGIC LOCATION: The studio is at the rear of a private residence on top of a hill overlooking the sea: 20 minutes by car from Crotone's airport; only 150m from Crotone's amazing lenghty beaches; and 1km from the city center by car. FACILITIES: Swimmingpool, garden and various relaxing areas. To be agreed upon request: access to the residence's private GYM & SPA area, grill area and rooftop kitchen & dining. SPORTS, ACTIVITIES AND OTHER To be agreed upon request, the residence has at disposal various sport instruments such as: windsurf, small laser sail; fins and diver's mask, air beds, table tennis, tennis racquets and bycicles. Diving passionates or sailers? This is the perfect place for you. Very close to Crotone's protected sea national park with opportunity of scuba diving and very close to the Sailing Club school. tennis amateurs? tennis courts available nearby (100m, 500m and 2km) at very low prices; food lovers? possibility to reserve a private cook and try many of our traditional specialties at the residence, dining underneath the stars and the moon, sea view !
