The space Description of the holiday home Annex. The annex is part of the original living house from 1860 of approx. 50m2, which is now part of a modernized farmhouse located in the old heat resort Sjelborg, all the way to Ho Bay, which has a good beach. The holiday home is located right next to the large dune plantations Sjelborg and Marbæk, and in the middle of the new Wadden Sea National Park. The annex appears inside as a modern apartment with several rustic details as well as a good experience of light and shade. The decor is similarly based on modern and rustic furniture. The annex is located on a 6,000 m2 plot with equal parts lush garden, nature and old orchard, a large part of which is private. When the sun sets over Ho Bay in an orgy of red and orange, there is nothing more beautiful than going down to the beach with a bottle of cool "vinho verde" and immersing yourself in the "sounds" of nature: the light, the water and the birds' evening song. Living room: 35 m2, double sofa bed (futon), sofa arrangement around TV, built-in double wardrobe, cable TV, radio, CD and wireless internet. The whole house also has central heating from geothermal heating systems. Kitchen area: dining table for 4-5 people, cold/hot water, electric stove with 4 hobs, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge with small freezer, toaster, kitchen utensils and relevant service for 4 people, vacuum cleaner, etc. Bedroom: Large double bed (140x200 cm), built-in double wardrobe, etc. Bathroom: Cold/hot water, toilet, sink, shower, underfloor heating. Hallway: Washing machine, drying rack, plenty of room for clothes, footwear, suitcases, etc. Garden: several seats by the house with solid teak furniture, garden grill, torches, etc. Activities: Sjelborg is located on the southern edge of the very large natural area "Marbæk", cf. the brochure "Take a trip in Marbæk - varied nature and 10,000 years of history", see (URL HIDDEN) Here you can swim, km-long walking/jogging trips on wide sandy beaches or in the underlying dunes and old pine forests, cycling, nature riding on Icelandic horses, mountain biking, canoeing and kayaking, study Bronze Age high and Iron Age settlements, fishing in some of the best salmon waters from the North Cape to Gibraltar or more modestly in several put-and-take waters, play golf in the 2 internationally known Marbæk Golf Club and Breinholtgård Golf Club. Typically, most people also choose full-day trips to the Fisheries Museum with a large saltwater aquarium and seal sanctuary, the impressive 4 "white men", the trip to Fanø by bus (or own car) on the beach to Sønderho, Denmark's oldest and most beautiful town Ribe, hiking on the mudflats with hand-picking of oysters etc. There are many good culinary experiences in the area, especially an evening trip (200 m) down to Sjelborg Strand to restaurant Rødhætte is recommended. Guest access Large fenced courtyard and garden. Secure parking spaces. Shed and half-roof with space for bicycles, surfboards, access to barbecue, etc. At least 2 different terraces with rustic teak garden furniture. Other things to note The property also has a clinic for reflexology and dietary guidance, just as we do with group tours on Icelandic horses.
