CREATIVE farm on the Old Wine Route

Vacation on the farm on the Old Wine Route! Our comfortable vacation home at MITANANDA H.O.F. is particularly suitable for families looking for a nice, quiet place picturesquely in a secluded location near the Slovenian border. We have lovingly furnished our guest house rustically with historic furniture. We are constantly working on the beautification of the farm, so please excuse any construction sites on the premises. The space Our guest house is lovingly and charmingly furnished, there is everything a vacationer's heart desires. In this three hundred-year-old building, we have combined rustic furniture with "history" and character with modern accessories and equipped it with our own art from our CREATIVE workshop. Our little guests are especially important to us, for whom there is a cozy children's room, high chairs, step stools in the bathroom and a large outdoor play area. In addition, there is a cozy terrace with garden furniture, which offers a view of the entire extensive grounds (7000 m² in a secluded location). We are located directly on the hiking trail in close proximity to many Buschenschänken and are happy to give insider tips on excursion destinations in the area! We follow Airbnb's recommended five-step enhanced cleaning process. This is based on Airbnb's cleaning manual, which was created in collaboration with experts. Guest access Our guests have their own access from the parking lot to the guest house (about 50 m with ten steps). The guest house houses a cozy apartment (about 80 m²) on the upper floor (access at ground level without steps). In addition to the apartment, the guest house only has our pantry, our farm shop and storage room. Other things to note At MITANANDA H.O.F. there are many animals (cats, chickens, rabbits, ducks and sheep) that are used to children and visitors and can also be petted, but sometimes do not react well to strange dogs. Therefore, we have a leash requirement, also because we have no fences to the surrounding forest and meadows. We would like to point out that our roosters like to greet the morning. In the guest apartment there is a water-bearing fireplace that heats the entire property. Therefore, it must be heated regularly when it gets cool outside. We are eager to keep the fire going while our guests are on excursions and activities. The H.O.F. is a three hundred year old farm that we have been rebuilding, renovating and refurbishing for six years. We kindly ask you to excuse the construction sites on the premises - unfortunately, some things are not quite ready yet. We are constantly working to make the H.O.F. an even more beautiful place.
