Sunrise Cove on High Rock Lake

Sunrise Cove on High Rock Lake boasts the best views for a mini vacation or just time away from home in a relaxing place. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise from this lake front home with your own dock & private parking. Located in the Swearing Creek area of High Rock Lake, the house sits in front of a large open cove with plenty of room to kayak, paddle board, float, and swim. The space The house is 1,300 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, and living room on the main floor. *Please note that the upstairs is off limits at this time. However, you will still have the house to yourself. Living Room: features a couch, oversized chair, and electric love seat recliner with console in front of a panel of windows with amazing views of the lake. It is a great place to enjoy views of the outdoors or to lounge in front of the TV. It is open to the kitchen for open concept entertainment. First Bedroom: features a king sized bed, 2 nightstands, and a tv. Second Bedroom: features a full sized bed, 2 nightstands, and a dresser. Kitchen: located on the main floor, the kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, & dishwasher. All of the pots and pans needed to cook are provided along with mixing bowls, colander, measuring cups, silverware, plates/bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses, and coffee cups. A Keurig coffee machine & a drip coffee maker is provided, however, you will need to bring your own coffee and/or KCups. There is a large bar that will accommodate seating for four. You will need to bring your own groceries/snacks. Please note that there is not a dining room table. Other things to note: -There are security cameras located on the exterior of the house. One is pointing at the front door, one is pointing at the driveway, one is pointing off of the back porch towards the lake, and the other is pointing at the basement doors. -The maximum occupancy is 4 guests at any time due to the amount of beds. If the guest count exceeds 4 at any point during your stay (without previous permission), the host reserves the right to charge an additional fee per person, per day. -Absolutely NO events, parties, large gatherings, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties allowed without prior permission. -We do have neighbors that we respect and therefore request that quiet time be from 10pm-8am. -We do allow up to two pets. It is your responsibility to inform host that you are bringing pet(s) and to pay the fee prior to your stay. We will discuss pet(s) rules once you make host aware you are bringing an animal(s). If you do not inform host prior to bringing an animal(s), that is grounds for immediate cancellation of your stay. **NOTE: if you cannot handle a steep driveway or cannot handle approximately 8 steps to get into the house and approximately 25 steps from the house to the dock, this is not the house for you!
