Bathroom with shower, sink and washer/dryer. The second room has two single beds and a closet. The second full bathroom its located right outside. Both bedrooms are internal, so they are quiet. Modern fully equipped kitchen. Large dining area and spacious living room with two comfortable sofas, all windows to the street. On arrival you will find bath amenities and towels ready for use. The office is open Monday through Fridays from 9:30am am until 7 pm. ON JULY AND AUGUST THE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED AT 5PM On weekends the office is closed and the check in must be done online. Tourist tax: All guests over 16 years old must pay tourist tax. The city tax is 9.50 euros per person per night. The tax is to be paid upon arrival, or in advance, if doing a virtual check-in. Parking is available off-premises, 1 block away, for €25 per night (minimum 3 nights).
