The space Villa Dominica is a spacious holiday home located in a quiet residential area, less than 1.6 km from the center of Carvoeiro and the beach. It is the perfect choice for families seeking comfort, privacy and unforgettable moments in the Algarve. The bright and welcoming living and dining area is ideal for relaxing and spending quality time after a day in the sun. The open space offers direct access to the terrace and pool, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere for the whole family. On the ground floor, there are two twin bedrooms, each comfortably furnished, along with a bathroom with a shower for added convenience during your stay. On the first floor, the villa features two double en-suite bedrooms, each with a shower room and access to a sunny terrace offering beautiful sea views. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, providing everything needed to prepare meals with ease, making it ideal for guests who enjoy cooking while on holiday. Outside, the villa offers complete privacy with a fantastic heatable pool (additional cost), spacious terrace areas and a BBQ zone perfect for al fresco dining. There is also a covered dining area and an outdoor kitchenette, ideal for enjoying relaxed moments with family and friends. Just a short walk from the center of Carvoeiro, where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and the stunning golden-sand beach, Villa Dominica provides the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable holiday in the Algarve. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).  Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Includes discounted rates for all other services provided (i.e. boat tour, restaurant, airport transfer, and check-in center).
