Comfortable studio close to Louvain-la-Neuve

Brand new studio with a private terrace and access to a large garden. It is equipped on the ground floor with a small kitchen (and all the necessary equipment), a sofa bed for 2 people and a television. On the first floor there is a bedroom for 2 persons and a shower room. A €25 bed linen supplement is charged for 2 people wishing to use the sofa bed. The accommodation can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The studio is close to Louvain-la-Neuve, Brussels, Namur and all tourist sites of Belgium. Guest access The studio is entirely at the disposal of the travellers. Other things to note The accommodation is equipped with the following equipment: Kitchen: dishware, oil, vinegar, basic condiments, dish towels, coffee machine, toaster,... Shower: shower towels. Bedroom: bed linen. Terrace: table and 4 chairs, deckchairs, possibility to borrow a barbecue General: tourist guides of the region, Brussels and Belgium are available (in French).
