Stay right on Hastings’ seafront in this charming 1 bedroom apartment set within a beautiful 18th-century listed building ✨ Located in the heart of the buzzing Old Town, you’ll be surrounded by cafés, restaurants and independent shops. You’ll even catch distant glimpses of the sea from the windows 🌊 Fitted with a smart TV in the living room and a kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, washing machine. Abundance of local attractions nearby! The space 1 King bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and a large living space with the option of a sofa bed. 2+2 set up. Best suited for two adults. There is an option of two extra people on a sofa bed, but for comfort I would recommend for two. Please note, we don’t allow pets. Other things to note No parking. Local street or pay and display parking is available. Around £12 for 24 hours in Pelham Place or Rock a Nore car parks. It’s a very historic building and needs treating with care and not too much force! The flat is above our lovely little Italian Delicatessen, La Delizia, which is open 10-8pm. Please let me know if you need linen for the sofa bed, as with two guests I will only prepare the double bed.
