A cosy 1 bedroom house in Lincoln, 1 x double bed and also the option of a double sofa bed , parking available across the road and down the side streets oppersite the property, shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways all within a 5 minute walk, its a 20-25 minute walk into the historic town centre, which has a beautiful Cathedral and Castle, also lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The space The house has all the convenience of a home from home, TV with cable tv, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, bed linen, duvets, pillows, towels and a kitchen area with utensils, pots and pans. Guest access The house is self-contained with a separate entrance at the side, so you are free to come and go as you please. You are also invited to make use of the garden and patio area. Other things to note This is a non smoking property & any contravention will attract an extra cleaning charge of at least £100. Also lost keys will be charged at £40.
