House in Brittany, Morbihan, near the sea, walking distance to the beach

Our small independent house "Au bout la plage" is close to the sea, the village and restaurants. You will appreciate this quiet area for its many beaches and shops within walking distance. It can accommodate 4 people, but we recommend it for 1 couple with 1 to 2 child(ren) or for 3 adults. No pets are allowed due to allergies and lack of a real garden. The space "Au bout la plage" is a small, very functional house. The west-facing living room opens onto the terrace/garden which allows a much appreciated outdoor break. Upstairs 2 bedrooms are served by a landing with many games, toys and children's books. The "master" bedroom has a 140 cm bed (novels and tourist guides available) and the small "child" bedroom has 2 80 cm beds, so it is more suitable for 1 to 2 children or for an adult. In the event of the presence of 4 people, we do not recommend this accommodation for 2 couples, because the 2 pull-out beds are then perpendicular and the 4th bed is on the floor. The landing serves a bathroom and separate toilet. Unless special reservation with a surcharge of €15 per person, guests will bring their linens (sheets, towels) and I thank them for returning the accommodation in the state of cleanliness of the arrival. Charges included (fall/winter: package included of 400 KWH per week) Guest access "Au bout la plage" is a small independent house at the beginning of Rue des Saisies, a street perpendicular to our home (1 Rue des Roses). It includes an entrance, a living room with kitchenette/dining area that opens to the west onto a terrace. The private garden allows you to rest in deckchairs or enjoy the garden furniture and barbecue on sunny days. Outside parking is reserved for tenants, but the garage is not accessible to them because we store things there (access possible to store bicycles). Other things to note Brittany is an exceptional region rich in varied pleasures (water sports, landscapes, architecture, gastronomy). You will have the opportunity to enjoy the many beaches of Larmor, Ploemeur and Guidel for sailing, surfing, diving... or simply walking, swimming, sunbathing, resting. You can visit towns with a rich historical heritage (Vannes, Quimper, Concarneau, Locronan...) or discover the charming little ports of South Finistère (Doelan, Moelan...) or admire the landscapes of the Gulf of Morbihan, the Presqu'ile de Ruys and Quiberon with its wild coast, not to mention a possible sea crossing to discover the charm of the Islands (Groix, Belle-Ile).
