Walks directly from property. The space Very comfortable super king size bed with good quality Vispring mattress made up with high quality white Egyptian cotton sheets and duvet cover. Feather and microfibre pillows available. Extra blankets available. The kitchen area has a cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and sink with drainer. Pots and pans, cooking equipment and white crockery/cutlery/glasses for 4, cafetière and teapot. A basic larder including tea, coffee, salt, pepper is also provided. Under the sink you will find all the usual cleaning products in case you need them. Separate bathroom with shower/basin/toilet and full-length mirror. Shower gel, shampoo and hand wash provided. White towels and cotton waffle bathrobes provided for use inside. We have provided a comprehensive guidebook with information about the property and the area. Garden area specifically for guests with a small table and chairs, steamer chairs/sun loungers. Please bring your own towels for use outside if you would like to sunbathe. Surrounded by beautiful countryside -walk o.r cycle right from the door, no need to get in the car. Several world-renowned gardens are within easy driving distance of the property. There are also a few Kent vineyards in the area and you are able to visit them and taste the delicious wines. IMPORTANT The Coach House is suitable for 2 adults on their own or with an infant or a dog (or both!). We have a modern high chair, please ask in advance if you would like it during your stay. There are 2 single futons which can be used by children but we wouldn’t recommend a family group staying for longer than a couple of days. There is a small extra charge for children to cover linen and towels etc, (£25 per child). We welcome a well behaved dog but please note we have a few rules for dog owners. Since August 2021, we have been connected to superfast broadband so you will have excellent connectivity during your stay (100-300mbps). Guest access The studio apartment is for the exclusive use of guests and is an annex to our house. Parts of the garden are available to guests, including a seating area with a small table and chairs and steamer chairs/sun loungers specifically for guests (see photographs) and a bench overlooking the pond. Families with children please note there is an un-fenced pond in the garden, close to the property. There is plenty of parking available (please get in touch if you are planning to bring something larger than a family car). Unfortunately, the property is not suitable for wheelchair users as there is a flight of steps up to the entrance door. Other things to note House Rules: No smoking. No parties. Bring your own towels for sunbathing outside or going to the beach. Dogs to be kept under control at all times and please always clean up after them. Dogs not to be allowed on the furniture or in the shower. Dogs not to be left alone in the room. We have a black lab and some chickens that are occasionally free-range. If you think your dog might chase the chickens, please keep them on the lead. Thank you! Please leave the space clean and tidy when you leave. Let us know if you break or cause damage to anything. We won't necessarily charge you for breakages but it helps us if we know about them! Please take care when driving in and out of the property if you have a large vehicle. Please note that if you accidentally lose the key there will be a charge to cover changing the lock and cutting of replacement keys.
