With an area of 130 m² on a fenced plot of 400 m², it offers you a bucolic view of several hectares of meadows and the dune cordon. A covered 6-person hot tub will allow you to enjoy moments of well-being whatever the weather. You will be 2 steps from the large wild beach of Jaunay, which is not very crowded even in the middle of summer. Beautiful sea view from upstairs. The space The kitchen is equipped for 10 people: a large fridge freezer, a microwave, 4 gas burners, an electric oven, a dishwasher and an outdoor gas plancha. Large 2.10 m table and pellet stove. On the night side, 4 bedrooms between 12 and 16 m² with a large closet/wardrobe. - 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and spring mattress + natural foam - 1 master suite with 1 bed 160 x 200 and spring mattress + natural latex (possibility of 2 beds 80 x 200) - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 x 190 equipped with foam mattresses - 1 master suite upstairs with 160x200 bed, shower and sink. 1 bathroom with shower and sink, a bathroom with bathtub and sink, 2 separate toilets. Possibility to add a travel cot in one bedroom, baby equipment can be provided. Other things to note Our house is a haven of serenity where we love to recharge our batteries. The calm, the view of hectares of nature, the scent and the distant sound of the ocean will give you a lot of pleasure, that's for sure! St Gilles station allows you to come from Paris in just 4 hours with only one change in Nantes. Saint Gilles is an authentic and family seaside resort with an active fishing port and auction (one of the last open to the public), 2100 hours of annual sunshine (like Carcassonne, and yes!), a beautiful wild coast and large sandy beaches. Accessible by train from Nantes, it is the perfect base for the Yeu Islands (45 minutes by boat) and Noirmoutier (30 minutes by road) as well as the Grand Parc du Puy du Fou (1 hour) or Les Sables d'Olonne (30 minutes). There are also 5 markets per week, a 5-room cinema, a casino, and a water park.
