Perfect spot for work trips and getting away

The space Guests enter the listing using the guest entrance (the main front door) whilst the host and her family enter the listing using the back (second) door. Guest bedrooms and their shower, wash basin and toilet facility are on the ground floor. The host and her family have their bedrooms and wash facility on the first floor. The three guest rooms (which are serviced daily) can accommodate five guests. Adjacent to these downstairs guest bedrooms is a shared, open-plan dining room/kitchen/lounge area for guests and family alike. Outside is a shared patio. Guests help themselves to hot and cold drinks whenever they need them from the kitchen. They also help themselves to a selection of breakfast cereals that are out on the dining room table at breakfast time if they want to. Guests can bring in microwave meals to heat up for their tea or enjoy a takeaway but these need to be brought in daily as our fridge is small. All food and drink is to be consumed in the shared dining room/kitchen/lounge/patio area and not in the guest bedrooms. The oven and hob are not available for guest use. During your stay I know that time away from home is special, whether it is for work or to explore an area. This means guests are given as much space as possible. I take me lead from the guests. Should guests need me whilst I am at work (I work full-time, Monday to Friday), they are to message me through the Airbnb website/app knowing that I will get back to them at my earliest convenience (my phone is on silent at work). If I am at home and guests are at the listing, guests can approach me in person or message me about a need whichever they feel most comfortable with. Other things to note House Rules - Check in between 6pm and 9pm. - Check out by 10am. - Guests are asked to be quiet after 10pm and before 7am. - Outdoor shoes are not to be worn in the house. Please bring slippers. There is a shoe rack for guest shoes by the guest entrance door. - Smoking or vaping is not permitted within the listing. Smoke detectors have been installed to ensure that this does not happen. Guests are required to smoke or vape outside the listing boundary. - Third party bookings are not accepted (which is in line with Airbnb policy). - Guests are not allowed to bring other people into the family home/into the listing without the host's prior permission. - We do not provide accommodation for 'night shift workers' as we unable to accommodate their very specific personal needs (a quiet house during the day).
