Enjoy a relaxing seaside getaway in this gorgeous two bed terraced holiday cottage located just 'inside the gates' in Frinton-On-Sea. Perfectly equipped in a fantastic location. This holiday house offers two double bedrooms with additional sofa bed option downstairs for extra guests. A fully fitted kitchen has all utensils, dishwasher, washer/dryer & large fridge-freezer. A cosy lounge & dining area with a beautiful garden to relax in & a BBQ provided for your use. Parking on front drive. The space Cosy, clean, warm and comfortable. Enjoy a glass of wine on the decking in the afternoon sun or chill out in the lounge with your favourite Netflix series on the smart TV after a hard day at the beach. Beach towels & essentials available. Wi-Fi throughout. Open plan living space downstairs with extendable dining table. Upstairs, offers a master bedroom with Kingsize bed and a second bedroom with double bed bunks (mind your head on the top one!). In either room you also have space for an optional pull out camp bed (provided), or travel cot (not provided). Wardrobes & storage for your use in both rooms. Family bathroom with shower over bath. The large sofa in the living room can be made into super comfy double sofa-bed. Wonderfully equipped kitchen, with all that you would need to make a family feast. Off-street parking on drive in front of the house. Long pretty garden with decking leading from the kitchen. There is also a summer house with veranda and BBQ at the bottom of the garden and a small shed containing deck chairs for your use in the garden or to take to the beach. A coolbox (stored in the summer house) and bluetooth portable speaker are also made available to you. We would consider small/medium well-behaved dogs in the house, please do enquire. Guest access The entire house is yours. There is front driveway parking and a long pretty garden at the back for you to enjoy. Please be mindful you are in a mid-terrace cottage and so be aware of your outside noise (and any BBQ smoke!) in the summer, thank you. Lockbox for the keys is located on the front of the house.
