Stone house in the countryside located in the Périgord Vert located 5 minutes from a body of water with all activities for the family. 30 minutes from Limoges, 40 mins from Périgueux near Nontron, Brantôme and Saint Yrieix La Perche. The entire heated pool will be available from mid-May to mid-October. The space Renovated farmhouse with a very bright living room, equipped kitchen open to living room. Bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, not to mention the double vanity. One bedroom is located on the ground floor composed of two single beds. On the first floor the other two bedrooms are present one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is plenty of storage in all bedrooms and the landing has all the comforts you need for a stay. We provide linens (Sheets, towels and tea towels) at no extra charge. We can also offer you breakfast every Saturday and Sunday morning and holidays with an extra 8 euros per person to be paid on site. Guest access We have at the bottom of the property a pond of 2 hectares of fishmongers. This is a calm and wild location.
