Vacation barn in a beautiful garden

Our vacation barn in Havelland is suitable for families, friends, yoga or seminar groups, companies and those who want to enjoy the idyllic surroundings and tranquility in nature. From here you can take beautiful walks, bike rides and excursions in the area, jog through forests and meadows or simply relax. A large group room invites you to join the yoga class. The Kleßener See is 3 km away and offers a welcome cooling in the summer. The space The converted barn is part of a 1779 built farm. The 230 m² house is spacious, clear and modern. It can accommodate a total of 10 people (2-bed and 3-bed rooms), has 2 bathrooms and a 63 m² large, fully equipped kitchen for living and cooking together. The centerpiece is the 70 m² yoga and seminar room located in the attic, where yoga mats, ceilings, blocks, belts and a Bluetooth box are available. The kitchen-living room on the ground floor leads directly to the wooden terrace and garden. There is garden furniture, sun loungers and a hammock. A grill is also available. Ground floor: large bathroom with toilet and shower (ground floor), kitchen, one bedroom with 3 single beds (2 can also be pushed together to form a double bed) Attic: group room, bathroom with toilet and shower, a small bedroom with double bed 140 cm, a bedroom with 2 single beds and another bedroom with 3 single beds (2 can be pushed together to form a double bed) Guest access There is a key box at the front door. The code will be communicated to each guest shortly before arrival. In the box is the key for the barn and must be hung back in upon departure. In front of the main house, right on the street, there is plenty of parking available. We ask that you do not drive through the wooden gate to the front yard by car. Other things to note Linens and towels are furnished. Please only wear slippers in the house. For children please bring non-slip slippers or stop socks. There is no grid in front of the stairs or child safety devices in the outlets. A high chair is available. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a fireplace, heating wood and lighter are available. The wood can be found outside on the terrace on the left. We like to use the front house as a family with children and grandchildren as a retreat from the big city. If we are not there, you are welcome to use the other wooden terrace in the large garden. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to make yourself comfortable on the terrace directly behind the barn and in the associated spacious garden area separated by a hedge and to preserve mutual privacy. Our aged, child-loving dog Käthe will be happy to welcome you. Please let us know if the dog's presence is a problem for you, we are happy to be considerate.
