The space The location is ideal for those who want to be in a quiet area and still close to services. The apartment has its own entrance and space for a car in the yard. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. The yard is shared with the neighboring apartment. The apartment is a short distance from the ski resorts: Ritavaara about 10 km, Ylläs only about 1.5 hours drive. Snowmobile trail and ski trail in Kylävaara less than a kilometer away. In addition, there are hiking trails from almost everywhere, e.g. Jaipaljukka, Maupertuis Monument in Kittisvaara and Eero's trail on Rovaniementie about 30 km. Opportunities to visit reindeer farms and Heidi's Mummo in Alposjärvi (farm tourism). For shopping, Mellan Puotiin Café-flea market, Vihreä Pysäkki (about 5 km) where you can find Pentik, Lumimari, Kaira Outdoors and Café-Restaurant Granni. Tuomaan Tupa (souvenirs and a café, possibly also food) can be found in Juoksengi. Other things to note The tenant must leave the apartment in the same clean condition as when they arrived, wash the dishes and take out the garbage, and vacuum if necessary. We recycle cardboard and plastic, so you can leave them with your own things or take them to the recycling station next to the library.
