Half of a semi-detached house entirely at your disposal. A cozy apartment in a Mummola style. 100 meters to Jolmanputaa on the Tornionjoki River; in winter, you can also go skiing from there. Stores are about 500 meters away, and a playground and skate ramps are about 300 meters away. About a kilometer to the cross-country ski trail & the fitness stairs/illuminated trail If you need laundry, that can also be done for an additional fee. The space The location is ideal for those who want to be in a quiet area but still close to amenities. The apartment has its own entrance (two steps) and there is space for a car in the yard. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. The yard is shared with the neighboring apartment. The apartment is a short distance from the ski resorts: Ritavaara about 10 km, Ylläs only about 1.5 hours drive. Snowmobile trail and ski trail in Kylävaara less than a kilometer away. In addition, there are hiking trails from almost everywhere, e.g. Jaipaljukka, Maupertuis Monument in Kittisvaara and Eero's trail on Rovaniementie about 30 km. Opportunities to visit reindeer farms and Heidi's Mummo in Alposjärvi (farm tourism). For shopping, Mellan Puotiin Café-flea market, Vihreä Pysäkki (about 5 km) where you can find Pentik, Lumimari, Kaira Outdoors and Café-Restaurant Granni. Tuomaan Tupa (souvenirs and a café, possibly also food) can be found in Juoksengi. Other things to note The tenant must leave the apartment in the same clean condition as when they arrived, wash the dishes and take out the garbage, and vacuum if necessary. We recycle cardboard and plastic, so you can leave them with your own things or take them to the recycling station next to the library.
