Very nice house with panoramic view of Voldsfjorden and Dalsfjorden. You have a separate entrance, parking space and an attached newly built terrace. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen. The area offers a huge spectacle of a beautiful fjord landscape that completely takes your breath away. Swimming and fishing opportunities right down from the house. The space The house has all modern amenities, as well as new good beds. The kitchen is otherwise richly equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc. It also contains everything else you need to cook and enjoy a nice meal. In addition to having access to the 1st and 2nd floor, you will have access to a great terrace facing the beautiful view. The garden, which is on the same level as the 1st floor, can also be freely used for sunbathing, barbecuing and relaxing. If you wish to rent your own boat, we can make an agreement on this. Nearby (2 km) you will find a grocery store and the ferry dock with the ferry to Volda city center. We allow pets (dog or cat), but ask that you inform us when booking. This allows us to plan cleaning and take into account any allergies. The basement is rented out as a separate unit. Please contact us if you would like to rent both units. Other things to note If you want to rent a boat, we can arrange this in advance. There is a short distance to great fishing spots, and we provide life jackets for both adults and children. We also have facilities for fish preparation both inside and outside at the boathouse. You bring your own fishing gear, but we have some equipment available if you need it.
