Parking in front of the door; private garden with cozy seats. Through the entrance, you enter the fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a luxurious Karlsson box spring with 2 mattresses. From your bed, you can look into the garden or the woods. The space The barn house is from 2021 and is heated by a heat pump, so the stone floors are almost always at a wonderful temperature. There is no separate air conditioning, but there is a portable ventilation column. There are screens in all the windows, so insects can only enter through the front door. Great wifi if you still want to work. The whole house belongs to the tenant(s) and there are no shared spaces inside. There are plenty of linens as well as bath towels. In the bathroom, there is a Miele washing machine and dryer. In the kitchen a luxury oven/microwave, an induction stove and a dishwasher. A cozy coffee and tea corner will welcome you. Under the covered terrace, there is a BBQ for shared use. On the forest side, there is a private garden with cozy seating areas for when absolute peace and privacy is a priority. The 1.2 ha terrain offers peace and space for everyone. No through traffic as it's at the end of our long driveway. Smoking? There are several smoking places outside. Please no smoking inside the house. Guest access The entire house is at the disposal of the renter(s), as well as a spacious private garden with various seating areas and a lawn. Want to sit under cover? Then be sure to use our BBQ terrace. Other things to note Babies up to 9 months old are very welcome; a travel high chair with an attachment is provided. Child can sleep in the living room. Please bring your own bed. No large dogs allowed; please consult in advance if you want to bring a dog.
