This romantic country-style villa right in the Eifel is detached in a wonderful garden of 4500 sqm with an ancient tree population. The cottage offers plenty of space for large families or small groups up to 12 people over 200m2. On 2 floors there are 1 kitchen, 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet and 5 bedrooms. A small wellness area with sauna and another bathroom are located in the basement. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are provided. The space The vacation home impresses with its distinctive dormers and an extraordinary construction with upscale amenities such as wood parquet and marble floors. Real wood kitchen as well as tiled stove and wooden beam ceiling in the fireplace room create a cozy atmosphere in the house. The three large lounges and the three bathrooms plus guest toilet offer plenty of space even for larger groups. The vacation home is very child-friendly with toys, 2 travel cribs, baby bath, potty... and a small playground in the garden. There is even the possibility of a stroller and a twin or sibling stroller by arrangement. This relieves your luggage. The large in-house meadow and the huge park-like grounds with many trees are suitable for sports games, nature observation of the rich birdlife or simply for relaxation and recreation. Guest access The house is detached on a park-like property in a normal residential area. Guests occupy the entire villa except for some basement rooms for service and materials and a small private area. Other things to note Our vacation home offers plenty of space for friends or families to meet. Then it's only natural to sit down, laugh, have a drink and talk for a long time. Since our house is often booked for these occasions, it has often become very strenuous and noisy for the neighborhood. Therefore, our house only books if you pay attention to the public quiet hours (from 10 pm) especially in the evening on the beautiful terrace, so that we can continue to offer our house as a meeting place for groups.
