Villa Benvenuti is a luxury villa situated in the heart of Istria, in a small Istrian village Kaldir, 4 km from Motovun. The Villa is property of the Benvenuti family, well-known in Croatia and the region for wine production. ,, Our family has been making wine for as long as we can remember. It is part of our family's tradition, as well as our region's. The knowledge that we have today we owe greatly to generations before us making wine in the vineyards of this area, some of which were planted in the first decades of the 20th century " The Villa has been completely renovated in 2014, and it offers a recognizable mix of modern and traditional style.The fenced plot of 400 m2 surrounds a house of 200 m2, providing accommodation for eight persons, includes an outdoor swimming pool of 35 m2, a covered terrace with a table and eight chairs, one indoor and one outdoor fireplace and a big garden with irrigation and private parking place. The ground floor consists of a completely equipped kitchen, a dining room with a table for eight persons and a living room with a traditional Istrian fireplace surrounded by a couch and sofa. The house has a winter garden with wooden armchairs and an exit to the garden, terrace and to the outdoor swimming pool. The ground floor contains also a laundry room, a separate bathroom and one double bedroom with bathroom which includes a special massage bathtub. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with modern designed bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is provided with an extra couch. The whole house is air conditioned and has underfloor heating. The outdoor swimming pool is also heated. Villa Benvenuti has private garden growing organic seasonal vegetable crops, which is available to the guests. The Villa belongs to the same- named winery, which offers you a free wine tasting, tour through the cellar and olive oil tasting from local producer.
