Good afternoon & Welcome to our modern, light-flooded 40 m² two-room apartment in the attic, directly on the traffic-calmed beautiful old market, in the middle of Cottbus city center. Our prompt apartment, furnished with a lot of love for detail, offers everything you need during your stay and is ideal for couples, city and business travelers. Burg, the most beautiful place in the Spreewald, can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. We speak English! The space The living room: Stylishly furnished is the combined living room with a couch , a fully equipped open fitted kitchen including all the necessary cooking utensils, including oil, kitchen appliances and dishes. Fast Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with streaming function, a soundbox to a small office workplace make our apartment special. By the way, don't be afraid of the attic - it's not far up:-) Bathroom: The bathroom is high quality and equipped with fluffy towels as well as excellent bathroom utensils. Bedroom: A comfortably furnished bedroom with a super comfortable box spring bed awaits you, including high-quality mattresses and bedding, up to cozy pillows. Ironing for clothes and plenty of storage space for things are of course also available. If you miss anything in our apartment, just let us know and we will be happy to help. There is almost nothing we can't make possible. It is our concern that your stay in Cottbus will be unforgettable:-) Guest access The apartment is yours. Sleep well there:-), because it should be a quiet place or a starting point for exploring. Other things to note Unfortunately, the apartment is not equipped for the disabled, as it can only be reached by stairs. A parking space is right outside the front door and can be rented at a fee of €15 per night. The key will be handed over in person. For long-term use, there are specific discounts.
