Charming Normandy house, village by the sea

Our house, completely renovated, is in the heart of the village and its shops, 5 min walk to the beach and on the GR21 route. You will appreciate it for its calm, comfort, brightness, and sunny south-facing garden. Possibility to swim, fish, take walks, golf, tennis, discover this beautiful region of the Alabaster Coast (Fécamp, Étretat, Veules les roses, Varengeville...). Our place is great for couples and families, not for groups. The space The house has an area of about 130 m2 on two levels. On the lower level, on one level, there is a living room, a kitchen-dining room, an entrance, a bedroom with a 140 bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 and a baby bed, table and chair, storage cabinet, a small hallway with a bathroom with bath/shower, then two bedrooms: the first contains two twin beds of 90 plus a table, chair, 1 armchair and communicates with the next which is large and includes three beds of 90 plus table, chairs, a dresser. The house is comfortable for 8 people as a family plus or a child in a travel cot; possibly there may be an additional young person in the bedroom with three beds. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, that is to say to the open kitchen - dining room and living room as well as to the bedroom with double bed and shower room with toilet located on the ground floor (84 cm doors and easy access to bathroom and toilet on the ground floor). Not to mention the 3 bedrooms upstairs, bathroom and separate toilet. In the basement, there is a washing machine. Finally, you can enjoy the enclosed south-facing garden. Other things to note The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker/electric stove, electric oven, dishwasher, food processor and electric mixer/whisk, fridge freezer. The rooms are heated by high-performance electric heaters. There is an insert with wood provided that produces a gentle heat. The tourist tax of 0.40 euro per night per adult who stayed.
