Séléné - 4/6 pers in the heart of Koufonisi

Koufonissi is an island of the small Cyclades nestled between Amorgos and Naxos, famous for its turquoise waters and beaches. Villa Theia, in a resolutely Cycladic style, is 5 minutes from the village, restaurants, the first of the wonderful beaches and public transport. It consists of 3 Modules, two of which are rented. SÉLÉNÉ (ground floor) has 2 bedrooms with a double bed of 140 cm and in the living room 2 sofa beds, more suitable for children. The space SÉLÉNÉ - your rental, occupies the entire ground floor of Villa Theia and is bordered by a huge private terrace of 60 square meters facing the sea. the accommodation includes - 2 double bedrooms, both with a large 140 cm bed opening onto the terrace and therefore, one with a second toilet - 2 single sofa beds in the living room/kitchen (ideally planned for children) - fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker + Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, citrus press, toaster) - bathroom with hairdryer - all rooms are air-conditioned - safe - tables available on the terraces - clothes drying rack - an outdoor garden shower for tenants Important: the accommodation is intended for a maximum of 6 people (ideally 4 adults and 2 children). Our furniture and beds are built with lime and therefore cannot be moved. We will not be able to put in an additional bed. we can gladly lend you parasols, but you must bring your beach towels with you Arrivals and Departures We will set you up as soon as you arrive on the island, once the check-in is done. Check-out is before noon on the last day. if you wish, you can, subject to availability, subscribe to a late check-out (paid option on site to be specified upon arrival €50) linen change during your stay we change the towels and kitchen linen every two days, the sheets every 4. The cleaning is up to you, except for the last day, except for the dishes that must be washed and put away and the garbage cans emptied as well as the refrigerator Traveling around the island There are several ways to get around the island and navigate from beach to beach (the closest to us being the village beach, a 5-6 minute walk). You can walk. Between the village and the furthest beach of the island, that of Pori, allow about 45 minutes. From our place you pass successively coves then Finilia Beach, Fanos Beach, Italida Beach, again coves, then Pori Beach. You can also take a caique from the port that leaves every half hour from 10 a.m. until the end of the day, (€5 round trip) or prefer from the village beach to take the bus that passes 7 times a day through Foinikia and also serves Pori There is also a taxi that you can call if you wish at any time. The ride has a modest cost (€7) For those who want to ride a bike (mountain bike) you will find two rental offices in the village on the side of the beach for the first and near it a little higher before the Poseidon hotel free WI-FI (You will find the Wi-Fi code in the house Shopping in the village You will find two grocery stores in the village. (You can find, among other things, aluminum capsules in case you prefer to use a Nespresso instead of a classic filter coffee maker) You also have in Koufonissi, a pharmacy, a doctor's office where a doctor is available Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., an ATM, a small post office, a boat ticket agency, an agency offering diving and various excursions, shops, an ice cream shop, and of course many restaurants and bars, Restaurants, taverns. There are many on the island. You also have them on the beaches, in Foinikia, Fanos or Pori. For the evening there are many in the village. Arrivals and check-outs We will settle you in as soon as you arrive on the island, once you have checked in. Departure is before noon on the last day. If you wish, you can, subject to availability, take out a late checkout (a charge will be made on site, please let us know when you arrive - €50). change of linen during your stay We change your towels and kitchen linen every two days, and sheets every 4 days. You are responsible for cleaning the house, except on the last day, when the dishes must be washed and tidied, the bins emptied, and the fridge cleaned. Getting around the island There are several ways to get around the island and to navigate from beach to beach (the nearest to us is the village beach, a 5-6 minute walk away). You can do this on foot. From the village to the furthest beach on the island, Pori, it takes around 45 minutes. From the port you can also take a boat which leaves every half hour from 10 a.m. until the end of the day (€7 all day ticket) or you can take the bus from the village beach which passes Foinikia 7 times a day and also serves Pori. Guest access Access to SÉLÉNÉ is via a garden that serves the two rented modules of the villa Theia (a 3rd independent module is that of the owners).
