Family spacious and bright house located in Vila Nova de Gaia, on the other side of the river, near Santo Ovídio. The house is not in Porto. There is a metro station (Santo Ovídio) ten minutes walking from the house - Yellow Line directly to Porto city center. The metro/train will take 15 minutes to Porto city center (Aliados). House totally independent, very spacious and bright located in a residential neighborhood. A 3-bedroom house with one complete bathroom, small garden and garage. The space Located in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood in the outskirts of Porto (Vila Nova de Gaia), the house is very accessible by car and public transports and ideal for a family or a group of friends. It was renovated and it is comfortable for 5 persons (plus one more in the smaller bedroom - bed turns into a double one). The house has 3 double bedrooms, one complete bathroom (with bathtub) in the first floor (with stairs). Bedrooms and the main bathroom are located in the 1st floor (stairs) as you can see in the pictures. There 2 double beds and one single bed in the smallest bedroom that can be transformed in a double one. On the ground floor, there are a kitchen (equipped with fridge, stove, oven and microwave), a living and dining room, one toilet (only with toilet and washbasin), and a little garden in the back (ideal for a nice and relaxing breakfast). The house has a GARAGE for one car, but with access height limitations (please check the photos or ask for more information). This will for sure be the perfect place for your stay in Gaia / Porto! The House is very close to the major commercial areas (5 minutes by car to Gaiashopping and El Corte Ingles), the Porto Wine Cellars (15 min by car) and the Blue flag beaches of Vila Nova de Gaia (15 minutes by car).
