A spacious farmhouse-style kitchen and adjoining dining area create the perfect social space for family meals and evenings together, while the cosy sitting room offers a multi-fuel stove, Satellite TV with Amazon Prime, and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day exploring the Yorkshire Dales. The breakfast table also doubles as a handy workspace. Upstairs, there are three well-appointed bedrooms and a family bathroom, all enjoying far-reaching countryside views across Swaledale towards the River Swale. This Yorkshire Dales holiday cottage provides everything needed for a comfortable stay, with bed linen, towels and utilities included. The owner lives nearby and is available if needed, while guests enjoy full privacy throughout their visit. You enter the cottage into a spacious porch, which opens into a generous hallway at the heart of the home. From here, the living room is to the left, while to the right is the farmhouse-style kitchen, which flows through into the dining room—perfect for relaxed meals and social time together. The staircase rises from the hallway to the first floor, where you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms—a king, a double, and a single—along with the family bathroom. 1 King Bedroom 1 Double Bedroom 1 Single Bedroom Garage for secure bike storage. Small, enclosed garden at the front of the cottage. Parking for 2 cars, 1 car can park off road beside the barn opposite the house, there remaining 2 cars can park in the lay-by on the road leading to the house. Guest access Access to the cottage includes one small step at the entrance. Inside, there is a standard staircase with a sturdy handrail leading to the first floor. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, so guests will need to step in and out of the bath to use the shower. There is also a small step between the kitchen and dining room. Please can we request that you do not allow your dog on the furniture or in the beds and please to not leave your dog unattended in the cottage. 4. We respectfully remind you and your party to take due care and attention when staying in this cottage. It would be appreciated if you could leave the cottage as you found it, with all furniture replaced to their original locations. 5. In the unfortunate event of an accident-causing damage to the property please report this immediately to the Property Manager. Please note that any damage may have to be paid for. 6. Please have fun but, no parties please 7. The person making the booking must be over 21 years of age and be present for the duration of the dates booked. 8. Please do not put anything other than toilet paper down the toilet as it is a septic tank system 9. There is no access at the side of the house by garage (unsafe) 10.
