We offer two complete, high-quality and identically furnished apartments in our attic. These have a bedroom with a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), a kitchen-living room and a shower bath with toilet. Ruhr University, German Law Institute (Vita Campus), BioMedizinPark (IFK, Aesculap Academy) can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes. The space Attic ...is an apartment under the roof in a pretty house right by the forest. The single beds have a lying surface of 0.90 m X 2.00 m and the floor is covered with oak parquet. The bathroom has a window that opens electrically by remote control. Our aim is to offer a home away from home with a pleasant, quiet atmosphere so that work and relaxation are successful. Welcome to the attic! Guest access The laundry room in the basement offers a washing machine and clothes dryer. Other things to note Weekly small room cleaning with bedding and towels replacement is included in the price for longer stays.
