From the patio and the fenced oval swimming pool (6x3 mt,chlorine cleaned) you can enjoy a relaxing view on the sweet Tuscan rolling hills. The village of San Giovanni d'Asso, furnished with all basics like supermarket, butcher's, chemist's , bank , bar,2 nice restaurants etc, is strategically located in an area rich in art, culture, nature. Siena, Montalcino ,Montepulciano, Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia ....are only a few destinations you can visit, less than 45 min. driving away. The house is developed on two floors :at ground floor an open space including a small kitchen,a dining table sitting 6, comfortable sofas and chairs and a XIV century old fireplace ,perfectly working. Good WiFi fit for home working At first floor : an AC double bedroom, an AC twin-double bedroom wih a day bed for a child up to 12 and an AC single room.
