La Petite Maison

Located in Haute-Normandie, in the heart of the Pays de Bray, "La Petite Maison" is a cottage for 2 people that will seduce you with its calm and charm. A peaceful countryside as far as the eye can see where cows and horses seem to graze freely in these delimited pastures of lively hedges that make the rich traditional Normandy bocage. The space DESCRIPTIVE CONDITION Independent House: NON-SMOKING COTTAGE Living area: Approximately 55 m² Ground floor amenities: Living room with fireplace, leather sofa, bookcase, TV, weak Internet because we are in the countryside (Wi-Fi), board games, etc. Dining room, table, chairs, sideboard, counter bar. American kitchen: Fridge, microwave, mini-oven, 2 gas stoves, coffee machine and all the necessary equipment: Toaster, pots, pans, sauté pan, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. Bathroom: toilet, shower, sink, boiler, household storage, washing machine. Floor amenities: Attic bedroom with: double bed, bedside tables, dresser, mini-wardrobe, luggage racks etc. - Sheets and towels provided Heating with supplement in winter period according to consumption (Firewood = 15 euros per bag) Property description: Approximately 400 m², table, garden chairs, barbecue (charcoal provided). Guest access Guests have their own independent "Little House" and their own garden. Other things to note We have horses, dogs, cats and chickens living in perfect harmony. We are also sorry that we cannot accept your pets for fear of incompatibility. A "Fish Pond" that adjoins the Small House makes us fear for the safety of the "Little Ones", so we prefer not to take any chances.
