The apartment (No. 17) is newly renovated and modernized including a new (shower) bathroom, is fully furnished, cozy and functionally equipped. We want you to feel completely at ease with us. The apartment (about 47 m²) has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen and a living room; all connected via the hallway. The space We offer our guests numerous free services and leisure activities: ♣ On the ground floor, opposite the service office, there is a large lounge. Here you can play billiards or table soccer for free. A TV is also installed there. ♣ The leisure opportunities in the residential park are almost ingenious: In addition to the indoor offers (billiards, table football, table tennis), our guests have numerous – free – outdoor opportunities: tennis, beach volleyball, basketball and even a football field! ♣ Parking is also free for our guests. ♣ All apartments have free Internet access (Wi-Fi). ♣ In a separate room on the first floor, there is a washing machine and a dryer for free use; detergent is also available. ♣ Towels are provided by us. ♣ In each apartment there is a guest folder.
