Perfect family home – play-friendly plot & hot tub

Welcome to a cozy house perfect for families or for those of you who want to get out in the countryside and relax. The house is in a quiet and family-friendly area, about 7 km from the center of Nykvarn and about 40 minutes by car to Stockholm. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and kitchen/living room and laundry room. Large terrace with barbecue and hot tub (summer time). On the property, there is a playhouse and swings 🙂 We are flexible with check-in and check-out as far as possible and are happy to make the stay as smooth as possible for you. The space The house is located just outside Nykvarn, with a perfect starting point for excursions to Taxinge, Mariefred and Eskilstuna, or towards Södertälje and Stockholm. Quiet location – close to most things 🙂 Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, with plenty of space and opportunities for play. By car, you can reach several swimming areas within about 10 minutes. Other things to note If the date you want to book is not open yet, please send a message – we can often arrange it. We are flexible with check-in and check-out 🙂 Since this is our private home, we only rent to guests with good reviews.
