Quiet and in the middle of the holiday region. The space We rent out our private apartment on a pristine modern estate. Close to the Baltic Sea, between the Hanseatic city of Lübeck and Holstein Switzerland, lies the village of Curau, which belongs to the municipality of Stockelsdorf. The apartment is located in the west barn of the listed courtyard - the Spatzenhof. The Spatzenhof Curau is a neighborhood-oriented residential project and dates back to 1870. It is still used for agriculture today. All buildings of the Spatzenhof as well as the characteristic Lindenallee are listed as an ensemble. The entire ensemble was renovated in accordance with the monument and rebuilt in contemporary architectural language without negating the original use. A few facts: - The apartment is a gallery apartment on the 2nd floor of the west barn (2nd level in the roof gable) and has 2 closed bedrooms with 4 (+1) sleeping options, i.e. there is a double bed in both rooms. In the lower bedroom there is an additional folding bed. - In addition, there is a large living room with a gallery. In the lower area there is the fully equipped kitchen with dining table and cozy armchairs by the window. In the mezzanine area there is a cozy lounge corner with sofa, fatboys, TV - and overlooking the East Holstein sky. - There is a small garden that can be used exclusively with a grill and garden furniture. In the courtyard there are also different seating options and a small playground in the common areas. - Only natural materials were used in the apartment (wood, linoleum and ecologically sound colors for the walls). Features: - Bed linen and towels are provided for 4 people as standard. - The 5th person must pay 15 euros/night plus. Rental period: If you are interested in a longer stay of more than two weeks, just contact us so that we can make an individual offer. Check-in: Arrival and departure usually take place from 3 pm or until 11 am. However, the times can be adjusted easily and by arrangement. Guest access The courtyard is a neighborhood residential project on which both permanent residents and parties are used as a vacation apartment. You can move freely in the common areas and there is a small garden available. The private areas of the other residents must be respected. Other things to note Since the apartment has a very steep staircase and low windows that open to the outside, the apartment is not suitable for toddlers!! Otherwise, children are welcome! Otherwise, a cat stays here from time to time. An allergy-friendly one, but a cat. If you are highly sensitive to cats, you should consider staying somewhere else.
