Fabulous sea-view house

It is a semi-detatched house with a patio (balcony -like), full of flowers, overlooking the sea, with a barbecue. On the ground floor there is a fully-equiped kitchen and a bathroom with a jacuzzi-bath. The space Very clean and tidy recently-buit house with all the properties you need: a terrace to make barbecue and enjoy a nice view, lots of cheap local fruit and vegetables and a sea a few metres away! On the ground floor there is a fully-equiped kitchen (a cook, microvawe, juicer etc.)and a bathroom with a jacuzzi-sized bath, on the first floor- a bedroom with a king-size bed and a sitting room with an aquarium and a convertable sofa, that can accomodated up to 3 persons. On the second floor there is a cloak-room and a patio with a dining table and a hammock. The sea in about 8 metres from our place. If you want to swim on a sandy public beach, then you will have to walk about 10 mins. You can use a canoe-boat for 3 persons and a bike to travel around. In the city there are a few markets with super-cheap organic food. There are lots of fuits, vegies, fish and crawfish, caught in the local rivers and a sea. Other things to note -we kindly ask our guests to water the plants on the terrace every day; -as the house has 3 floors, there are some stairs, that can be dangerous for kids.
