Cozy 45 sqm studio apartment located on the second floor (NO lift) of a villa where there are other private rooms with a common internal garden. The property is located in a residential, quiet, lively neighborhood with all the necessary shops and services, in Firenze Sud area, convenient because it is close to the highway entrance (10 minutes away by car) and at the same time is not far from the center, which can be reached in 10 minutes by bus, car or bike. The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with fridge, electric kettle, microwave and kitchenware) and dining table; - SLEEPING AREA with double bed and single bed; - BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet and hairdryer. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WiFi, A/C, television, iron, drying rack and insect screens. ATTENTION: To access the studio, it is necessary to go up two flights of stairs and also inside the apartment there are steps to access the various areas.
