Seehaus Rödd

In an exclusive location directly on Lake Röddelin with private lake access, you will spend a relaxing vacation here. Just 6 km from Templin and about 80 km from Berlin, the Rödd lake house is located on an 8,000 sqm wooded property. The house was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2018. A large terrace overlooking the lake invites you to linger. Cozy walks, hikes, bike rides and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation. The space The vacation home and amenities were newly built. The rooms are small and fine. There are 3 bedrooms: - 1 bedroom with single bed that can be pulled out to form a double bed - 1 bedroom with double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) - 1 room with a bunk bed that offers 3 beds (0.90 m x 2 m) - In the living room, there is a pull-out sofa bed The kitchen is fully and high-quality equipped with induction field, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (pad + brewing function) kettle. Additional costs: - Final cleaning is 75 euros - For hygienic reasons, we ask that you use our professionally cleaned linens. We do not recommend bringing your own laundry, as we have not had good experiences with it so far. - For short stays (2-3 nights) we ask you to pay a contribution to expenses of 10 euros per bed/person used. Please bring your own towels. Guest access You rent the entire bungalow with private lake access. The house is located on a natural wooded property of about 8,000 square meters. Other things to note As a special service, we have a red kayak and a rowboat for our guests. In the winter half of the year, however, the boats take a break. Additional costs: - For short stays of 2 or 3 days, I ask for 12 euros per bed used for the professionally cleaned linen. - Templin is a spa town and unfortunately I have to collect the tourist tax of 2 euros per day for adults.
