Residenza "Il Gabbiano" is a beautiful house located on the lakefront of Cannobio. The apartment is on the first floor and has been recently renovated and furnished. It has a large balcony with lovely panoramic views of Lake Maggiore, and is close to numerous bars, restaurants and shops, free public parking and a large park with public beach, surfing and sailing school with the possibility of renting boats and pedal boats. I'm happy to welcome friendly and respectful people. The space This cute apartment is located on the first floor of Residenza "Il Gabbiano". It has been finely furnished, and is located on the charming lakefront of Cannobio. The apartment covers 55 square meters, and consists of: - entry with mirror and hangers - a bright living room and dining room with satellite TV - large balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful lake view - a kitchen equipped with everything you need, with gas stove, oven, sink, refrigerator and freezer - a double double bedroom with a lake view, - a small room with a single bed (perfect for a child/boy or as an extra bed for an adult), - a bathroom with toilet, bidet and bathtub/shower The privileged location of the apartment offers romantic panoramic views of Lake Maggiore, the Lombard and Swiss shores. Towels are available upon request upon request. There are several free public parking lots nearby, or there is the possibility to rent the private garage for a fee (subject to availability). In winter to avoid waste, heating is paid for by the guest based on their personal consumption during their stay. The fee is € 1.40 per cubic meter. Other things to note PARKING Nearby there are several public parking lots, or for greater security and privacy there is the possibility of renting one of our private covered garages about 100 Mt from the property (depending on availability, € 15 per night). TOURIST TAX At check-in, the accommodation tax provided by the Municipality of Cannobio is collected of € 2.50 per person per night As a private property, we cannot have electronic payment systems/payment cards, so all payments made at the property must be in cash.
