A delightful self-contained barn conversion set in the beautiful countryside on our farm. Situated on its own, down a private drive it is a great getaway for up to 2 people, with fantastic views. The cottage is finished to a high standard with everything you need for a enjoyable stay. Enjoy taking walks around our farm, seeing the animals. Easy accessibility to Loughborough, Nottingham, Leicester & Derby. Only 20 minutes from East Midlands Airport. Farm produce available from our butchery. The space Windmill Cottage is built on a single level and therefore fully accessible. Our guests will have the full & sole use of this property. The kitchen is well-equipped with crockery, cutlery & pans as well as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and cooker. There is also a 32" freeview digital TV in the lounge area. The bed is kingsize and the ensuite has a large shower, basin & WC. Views from the cottage stretch across the farm fields in both directions with outside table and chairs to enjoy the evening sunshine. There is plenty of parking at the cottage. Guest access Guests will have full and sole use of all of Windmill Cottage. You are also able to walk around the farm itself and meet the animals (please ask about routes and ideas when you arrive). The butchery is also located on the farm. Other things to note We offer both self catering accomodation or we can offer you a breakfast or dinner hamper to be left in the cottage. Please do not hesitate to ask what we have to offer from our on-site farm butchery. There is lots of fabulous, local meat as well as eggs, yoghurts, sauces and chutneys, pies and pastries and veg & fruit boxes (to order).
