Gîte les Piots en Champagne

The cottage which has a large living space, spacious bedrooms, and a large garden is located in the middle of nature, bordered by meadows and woods. Located on the Champagne tourist route, it is ideally located for visiting Dormans, Épernay, Reims or Paris 1h30 drive away. Near the cottage you can visit the chateaux of Château-Thierry and Condé-en-Brie, Reims Cathedral, and the large Champagne houses. The space The gite has a large living space on the ground floor, with fireplace, TV and hi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will have all the kitchen necessities. A large living table can allow you to work with your laptop. Upstairs you will find three spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with shower. Two bedrooms have a fixed bed and a clac-clac. The third bedroom only has a fixed bed. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace with barbecue and garden table, as well as a 2500 m2-glass garden where children will enjoy themselves! The property is surrounded by woods, ideal for nature lovers who can take pleasant walks. Guest access You will have access to the cottage, its terrace and the garden. Other things to note Extra rate per person per night 15 euros (above 6 people). Cleaning must be done by the tenant(s) throughout the stay in order to preserve the cleanliness of the premises. Extra linens for longer stays will be provided upon request.
