Het Pelikaantje is a vacation home with garden for two people in a village in Utrecht. History and nature are fully covered. Close to cities like Utrecht and Amsterdam, but also ideal for cyclists and hikers. There are coffee and tea making facilities. Optional at an additional cost: breakfast package for the first morning. The space The house has a separate entrance and also consists of a bright living room with open kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. A cot can be added for a child up to about 12 years old. The enclosed guest garden has garden furniture. A wooden shed offers shelter to any bicycles you bring. Here you can also charge your electric bike. The charging point for electric cars is just a few minutes' walk away. There is free parking for one car on the premises. The Pelikaantje has all the comforts, and your beds are made upon arrival. Also available are: Fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, 2-burner induction hob, electric kettle, coffee maker, television, free WiFi, bicycle storage in shed. Extra to request when booking: Addition of a crib and/or high chair, Kitchen towels, (bath) towels (for rent). Guest access You have plenty of privacy with your own entrance and the private guest garden. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the Pelikaantje, and pets are not allowed. Please book at least one day in advance. After booking, you will receive a separate invoice from the host, including in connection with the tourist tax of €3.63 p.p.p.n. (2025) and any extras.
