Woodpeckers - Alresford Essex

Woodpeckers is a private annexe attached to our house with its own entrance and private patio area with charcoal bbq. We have a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, fridge with small freezer, kettle, microwave. Tea and coffee are provided. Smart 40 inch TV in lounge with comfortable sofa/sofa bed if required. Bedroom has a kingsize ziplink bed which can be made into 2 singles if required. Dressing gowns, complimentary soaps and shampoo provided. Pool available May to Mid Sept. The space Our property, Woodpeckers, is attached to the house, so some general family noise may be heard. It is also located next to a road, which means you might hear traffic noise as well. Woodpeckers is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Please remember to bring your own towels for the hot tub and pool. Brightlingsea Beach, which is dog-friendly, and the town of Wivenhoe are both a 10-minute drive away. There are many dog-friendly pubs in Wivenhoe and Brightlingsea. Additionally, there’s a local pub just a 5-minute walk from the property, which is also dog-friendly. Guest access Enjoy a private patio area featuring a charcoal BBQ, along with an outdoor garden table and chairs. There is private parking available on the driveway. Guests can access a shared swimming pool (weather permitting) from May to mid-September, between 10 AM and 4 PM. Additionally, a private hot tub is located in the patio area. Please remember to bring your own towels for both the hot tub and the pool. Other things to note **Our Home Details:** - The property is attached to our house where we live. - Guests may experience general traffic noise from outside. - We allow a maximum of 1 dog. - Accommodations for woodpeckers include 2 adults and 1 child sleeping on a double sofa bed in the lounge. - Please bring your own towels for the hot tub and pool. While we encourage our guests to enjoy their stay, please remember that this is our home, and we have neighbours nearby. Therefore, we kindly ask that noise levels be kept at a sociable level. We are happy to accept longer stays of 28 days or more and will also consider bookings for 1 night.
