Situated on one of the most desirable lanes close to the village of Sible Hedingham and with far reaching views over Sible & Castle Hedingham from the stunning, mature gardens. The sun filled, bright property has been fully modernised internally with underfloor heating, a fully fitted kitchen as well as three modern bathrooms and WC. The space The large, airy and comfortable living space is tastefully decorated with original artwork adorning the walls. The owner has a wonderful eye for detail, and modern art is offset beautifully against his original antique furnishings. This is the perfect country escape for a family looking to enjoy space & open, uninterrupted views, there are even horses grazing in a field at the bottom of the garden. You can have your 'Swallows & Amazons' moment here! Room Configuration: Downstairs: 2 Bedrooms: 1 x king size and sofa 1 x king and 1 x single Upstairs: 3 Bedrooms: 1 x extra large king with en-suite 1 x king size bed and small double 1 x 4 poster (An extra occasional single bed can be added on request) There is ample parking in the sweeping, private, gated driveway. The housekeeper lives in a neighbouring property and is on hand should anything be needed. Our beautiful property is available for short term & mid term lets (weekly gardener is included in STL). Guest access Length of stay automatic pricing (external software regulates the prices as follows): Stays of a week or more - 10% discount will be applied. Stays of 1 month or more - 45% discount will be applied. Other things to note * Parties by agreement only An energy cap will be applied for stays of over 1 month (this is a generous allowance and only in place to protect the host from excessive usage by a long term guest).
