Maison Gramat Maison Gramat is a huge holiday home for 10 people. The house with private swimming pool dates back to the 18th century, and is located on the edge of the medieval town of Gramat. A supermarket is located opposite the house and therefor you will hear the traffic during opening hours. The house is authentic and soberly decorated and therefor ideal for groups or families who will spend most times outdoors. Inside Maison Gramat Large living room, dining room and billiards room. The living room has TV, DVD and a stereo. The kitchen is equipped with an American refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, electric cooking utensils and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing machine. Bedrooms / bathrooms In total there are five bedrooms, three with double beds and two with 2 single beds. There is a full bathroom with shower and a small (low ceiling) bathroom with shower. In total, there are 3 separate toilets. Outside The park of more than 3 acres covers the entire garden around the house. In the park is the private pool of 10 x 5 meters with alarm, the terrace around the pool is perfect for sunbathing and is totally private, so you can enjoy the freedom and space that the garden of this holiday home offers. Surroundings Maison Gramat is just 3 kilometers from a lake and 10 km from a river.The city center is only 2 km awaay and the beautiful Rocamadour is 8 kilometers away. Nearby are many small restaurants where you can eat cheap and well. In the summer months there are everywhere festivals and villages to visit as well as the well-known "vide grenier" and "flea markets". Rocamadour is a famous tourist resort with many attractions and activities for all ages. There is much to do in the area around Maison Gramat. You can swim in the rivers Lot, Dordogne and Céle. Furthermore, canoeing, a visit to the caves of Padirac, caves of Peche Merle, the open air museum with outside activities, etc. On the Dordogne river is the beach Gluges.
