Newly constructed for your every need, The Bliss Mansion in Pyrgos located in the heart of an historically preserved traditional neighborhood, perched high overlooking Santorini's dramatic landscape and world famous Santorini sunset. This property is secluded from the tourist crowds, yet a few minutes from the most popular Santorini beaches, historical sites, restaurants and bars. The Bliss Mansion can host up to 8 guests, offers a big swimming pool and a luxurious in cave hot tub. The space The Bliss Mansion, originally a captain's house dating back to the late 19th century, was crafted from fine solid stone sourced from the nearby Prophet Elias mountain. Its original owner exchanged local products such as wine, capers, and fava beans for premium Russian wood, rococo furniture, and advanced machinery. Our top priority during restoration was to preserve the residence's original architectural style, reflecting local traditions and the availability of materials at the time. The dome, a key architectural feature, still stands proudly after centuries, symbolizing the timelessness of this design. The 4.5-meter-high ceilings, once a symbol of wealth and abundance, continue to evoke a sense of luxury, openness, and light. With careful attention to maintaining its historical character, we have recently renovated and refurbished all guest areas, showing maximum respect to the villa’s past. The result is an elegant space, divided into three uniquely designed, custom-furnished, and beautifully decorated suites, each accommodating up to four guests. These include handmade wooden beds, pristine bathrooms, fresh and crisp linens, fluffy towels, good lighting, and 3 plasma TVs. Two comfortable sofas and a double sofa bed have also been added for additional seating or sleeping arrangements, further enhancing the ultimate guest experience. All facilities, including the indoor and outdoor spaces, swimming pool, and hot tub, are entirely private. The villa has its own entrance from the local street, with no shared corridors or communal indoor spaces, ensuring full compliance with social distancing guidelines. A fully equipped kitchen is available for guests to enjoy in-house dining and meal preparation. Other things to note Kindly note that in order to reach the property you'll have to walk from the main road for about 5-6 minutes. Half distance is stairs and half distance slightly uphill walk. We can arrange a donkey luggage service with extra cost.Our property is located in a traditional village where you will see many cats around. If you have a cat allergy, staying here might not be the most comfortable option. Jacuzzi Information We are happy to offer our guests access to the jacuzzi from April through October, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind during your stay. Please note that due to seasonal weather conditions, during the months of April and October the water temperature is limited to a maximum of 34°C. This is the warmest temperature that can be maintained at these times of year. From May to September, when the weather is more favorable, the jacuzzi can be heated to a higher temperature, ensuring an even cozier and more luxurious soak.
