Nucsoara Vacation House overlooking the Doamnei-Valley with large garden

Our house was completely rebuilt in 2014. It is situated at 1.000m hight, and from almost all spots one overlooks 25km of the Doamnei-Valley. We constructed a 8x5m deck on the highest spot. There are three bedrooms, an open kitchen with bread-maker, bathroom with shower and washing machine. A fast WiFi-internet connection is available. Nucsoara is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Romania. Life here is simple, close to nature. The surrounding mountains invite for walks or off-road mountain biking. At several spots, the mountain rivers form natural pools for swimming. The villagers are typically extremely helpful and supportive; we source part of our food from local production of our neighbors. The village itself has a pub and two mini-markets for everyday-items. The nearest supermarket is in Doamnesti, a 20min-ride. The old residence of Curtea-de-Arges is 45min away, as is Campulung. Sibiu and Bucharest are 2-2,5h drives.
