Our apartment is between Copa and Ipanema, close to Arpoador, has two bedrooms and a large kitchen. We offer 1 bedroom (double bed, plus an extra mountable) serving up to 3 people. The bathroom is shared and the kitchen is shared. My niece Clara is a student and lives in the other bedroom. We want to share the apartment with textless travelers. If we are in the city, we are lively, we like to go out and we know the cultural hangouts. The beach is very close - Copa or Ipanema. The space Everyone in the house. Except for our niece's room. The guest room has a lock and keys. You can do laundry, cook, but always follow the house rules: if you mess something up, clean it up - No SMOKING inside the house and we ask that personal items and individual "mess" stay in the guest room space, this facilitates our transit through the common areas. The apartment has several personal items such as books and our items for daily use, so we ask for respect and affection. We have wifi and a smart TV in the living room and also an extra bathroom in the service area, which is not in the photos but can be used. You can also cook. Guest access Our house is fully shared: Kitchen, bathroom, area, balcony and living room. ATTENTION: THE APARTMENT IS SHARED. WE LIVE HERE, although sometimes we arrive late from work or leave early, or sometimes we spend the weekend away from Rio. During your stay Our niece who lives in the property. She works and studies, and is rarely at home, which helps guests feel at ease. When this happens, her room is locked, and only one is available (the guest room that is for rent). Guests can use the whole apartment. Other things to note The street has no parking lots nearby. We can give up our spot in an external garage for an extra fee (consult). The apartment is on a slope. We don't have elevators and we live on the third floor of the building.
