The flat is located just 5 meters from the beach and has a balcony with sea view, as well as every kind of comfort to accommodate up to 3 people with great ease. It is located in a district quiet but at the same time equipped with shops and services for a comfortable stay, including a pharmacy, supermarket and post office. Pastena station is just 900 meters away. The space The 50 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building with elevator (there are 8 steps to access it) and is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and moka - Living room with French size sofa bed, split AC and TV - Bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe, split AC and TV - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box - Closet - Sea view balcony. Further facilities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
