A must for horse lovers as there are eight horses and ponies to make friends with during your stay as well as five mini dachshunds! Footpaths also lead directly from the property should you fancy a walk. There is a village shop approx 2 miles and numerous pubs in nearby villages. Norwich City is approx 20mins away and the beautiful Norfolk coast and broads 60 mins. The space The Tackroom offers a cosy compact hideaway. Newly converted, it has its own front door leading to open plan living /dining with bistro style table and chairs , large comfy leather sofa and TV. The kitchenette has a combination microwave/oven/grill, kettle, toaster and fridge for light catering. Modern shower room and separate double bedroom with double bed , quality linens, TV , hanging and draw space , hair dryer. Outside is your own sitting area or you may wish to take a set of folding table and chairs ( provided) and sit in the meadow to soak up the view, enjoy the tranquility and maybe even sip a sun downer!! Guest access Guests have sole use of The Tackroom for their stay and the seating area outside. You are more than welcome to walk on the meadows. Guests can also get up close to the animals that live on the small holding. ( at their own risk ). It is requested that the Animal's must NOT be fed. Other things to note Because this is a small holding there can potentially be noise from the animals that live here. I do have small dogs that will at times be free ranging , they are friendly, but can bark. Due to large animals and dogs The Tackroom is not suitable for children under 12 years of age The meadows should you wish to walk on them can get muddy in winter. It is requested that the entrance gate be closed after entering or leaving the property.
