Zi-zz-ART - B & B : congenial spot along the river

PLEASANT AND NOT TOO EXPENSIVE OVERNIGHT ON THE WATER IN LEEUWARDEN: €63.00 pp per night [incl. breakfast, tourist tax, VAT + free parking] A nice alternative: staying among Carole's works of art, 3 wonderful beds in a large private room. Private entrance and a private bathroom with shower, toilet, etc.; of course, a healthy breakfast is included; fridge, microwave, kettle and crockery are provided; + finally, a terrace by the water [swimming in natural water], definitely a relaxing stay!! The space "Walk on the water": Nature and art, a sloop trip on the Frisian water together with a workshop in our studio on the flanks of/with a view of the natural island of Froskepôlle in Leeuwarden. The sloop is located in front of the workshop studio on the Woudmansdiep. Provisions on board, camera with us, we enjoy the beautiful nature that makes Friesland with its lakes and rivers so unique. And then to "work" in our studio: really an alternative relaxation!! [Just enjoying nature from our boat the Butskop is of course another option] In short, the nature walks as a source of inspiration + enjoy the old historic city center; the center of Ljouwert from our "B&B" is very easily accessible via an idyllic bike path [like a city park-long] winding along the old river Potmarge. (+) For the sporty guest: via a swimming ladder on our jetty, you can [especially in good weather...] swim in clean natural water.
