Beach house for the family

Cozy house, near the sea. Located between Praia do Sonho and Praia da Pinheira, approximately 1 km away from the seashore. Family space, always prioritizing the comfort and well-being of guests, being a great cost/benefit option. Ideal for up to 10 adults, as the house has 5 bedrooms, three of them are equipped with air conditioning. We accept pets, no additional fee. Flexible checkout depending on availability. The house has two floors, on the upper floor we have 4 (four) bedrooms and 4 (four) bathrooms, all bedrooms are equipped with queen size spring mattresses, which were recently changed, in addition to all necessary bedding, such as pillows, sheets, blankets and towels. On the first floor, we also have 1 (one) bedroom, also equipped with a double box bed, 2 (two) collective bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a game room. In the outdoor area, we have a small kitchen, with a barbecue and stove, which allows you to prepare delicious meals in the company of the family. Finally, in the backyard we have a pool area, with deck, sun loungers and parasols. Guest access Easy access house, cars can be parked in the gravel backyard of the house. The backyard has high walls and a gate, ensuring the safety of guests.
