Just an hour from 3 airports, with a large car park, Elm Tree Farm is perfect for holidays, get togethers, business trips & short breaks. Our cottages offer wifi (Plusnet), Apple TV, toiletries, welcome hamper & kitchen essentials & underfloor heating. Baby equipment & toys for free. Lots of take aways, local pubs & great walks close by. The space NOTE! If this cottage is booked please email us as we have other cottages available on the farm. We welcome bookings on the following basis: Check in days are Mondays and Fridays. Week long stays from Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday. Short stays from Monday to Friday Weekend stays from Friday to Monday Our cosiest space, Swallows Cottage, aptly named after a family of swallows took up residence during the conversion, offers one bedroom with a 5ft king size bed, a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. The open-plan living area is fitted with a contemporary kitchen, dining table and chairs for 2, a two seater sofa and Smart TV. Both the bedroom and the living area look out onto our central communal courtyard and the property has its own patio for you to enjoy. Your stay includes linen and towels, welcome hamper, under floor heating, Au Lait toiletries, Apple & Smart TV's and high speed Wi-fi. Swallows Cottage does have space for a travel cot and we are able to provide a high chair, baby bath, plastic dinnerware, bibs, toys and books should you need them. Guest access Being located on a working farm, you are at your leisure to visit the pony, sheep and cows and to wonder around the fields surrounding the cottage. There is also a climbing frame for the kids to enjoy.
